Hi I’m Becca,

Counselling and therapy can be about having a chance to vent, tackling specific difficulties with someone neutral or understanding why you behave the way you do.

We will always follow your pace and I’ll never push you before you’re ready. Counselling and therapy are not about giving advice on how to live your life, instead I’ll help you find what makes sense for you.

I’m also BACP registered, so I strictly follow their ethics guidelines.

My Approach

I’m a fully qualified and registered counsellor and therapist, trained in multiple methods. I choose the right elements of each to fit your situation and what you need.

My approaches focus on:

  1. understanding how your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours are linked
  2. the importance of your relationships throughout life
  3. exploring your identity and finding how you can be the person you want to be

(Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy - CBT, AT, PCT).
